Meet the St Peter’s Team and learn a little bit about them.

Staff Team

Tim Storey – Vicar

Tim has been the Vicar at St Peters since 2020 and is married to Claire with a couple of daughters, a grandson and a retriever called Daisy. Apart from being passionate about sharing Jesus, he loves music, sport, travel and plays guitar in a rock band.

Ranjan Emmanuel – Associate Minister

Ranjan has been a member of St Peters for decades. Relatively recently, he left his career in Software, and was ordained as a self-supporting minister and currently serves as Associate Minister at St Peter’s.

Ranjan is married to Tina and blessed with a son and daughter. He enjoys travel, astronomy, music, PG Wodehouse, and learning new things.

Gill Weeks – Schools and Families Pastor

Gill has been part of St. Peter’s Church since 1998 and has been working in children’s groups for most of that time.  She is married to Stewart and they have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren aged between 9 and 8 weeks.  Gill has lived in Yateley for 26 years and feels very much part of the community.  Apart from enjoying her work with schoolchildren, Gill loves walking, holidays, watching sport, especially rugby and athletics and spending time with family and friends.

Chloe Pollington – Youth Pastor

Chloe loves spending time with our young people, especially playing games and eating food with them! She also loves spending time with her husband, little boy and dog. She loves being creative and playing the guitar. 

 

Maureen King – Office Manager

Maureen is the Office Manager at St Peters, married to Steve, with three daughters, all of whom are married with families of their own. Also a proud Nana to seven beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys a flat white coffee with friends, cooking ,reading and spending time with her family.  She loves Jesus and considers it a privilege to serve here and be a part of such a caring, supportive community.

 

Ian Hutchinson – Church Warden

Ian has been a member of St Peter’s for 36 years and has been married to Christine for over 50 years. They have four children and 10 grandchildren that all live locally in Yateley.  They live in Frogmore and Ian is keen on photography being vice chairman of Sandhurst camera club, as well as being treasurer of Hawley Scouts and is keen on caravaning.

Janet Young – Church Warden

Janet is married to Ian and has a son and daughter, six grandchildren, and a dopey lurcher, Meg. Janet has worshipped at St. Peter’s for 39 years and looks upon the church community as her second family. She believes outreach to the local community is vital to help bring people to Christ, and enjoys music, especially singing, gardening, cooking, and making things.

 

Naomi Brown – Admin & Comms

Naomi is our Communications & admin assistant in the Office. She is married with 3 young children, so life is busy! She enjoys spending time with Family and friends, going to the gym, cooking and treating herself to a Starbucks!

 

Stephanie Coleman – Admin & Buildings

Stephanie has worked part time in the Parish Office since September 2024 having moved to Yateley at the end of 2023 with her husband Kevin. Family, including their daughter and son are living close. She is feeling blessed living in Yateley and settling into St Peter’s Church. Interests include gardening, cooking and travel.

Sarah Quarterman – Treasurer

Sarah is married to Richard and they have lived in Yateley since 2002.  They have 2 children living away from home.  She has been on the PCC for most of that time, and took over as Treasurer in April 2024.  Sarah and Richard both lead church music at either morning service.  In her day job she runs a charity providing specialist exercise for long-term conditions and hobbies include choral singing with Yateley Choral Society and the St John Singers, tennis and gardening.

 

Carol Sallis – PCC Secretary

Carol has been a member of St Peter’s for 14 years and currently has the role of Secretary of the PCC.  She is a widow with two daughters and five grandchildren and has a love of music, art and languages.

 

Jen Trevena – Café 46 Manager

Jen joined Cafe 46 in March 2020 and became manager in December the same year. Jen has a partner and two children, she has a passion for films which comes from a previous life as a cinema manager and likes to spend her down time with family and friends.

Sue Harkins – Discoveries Manager

Sue has been the manager of Discoveries community shop for 8 years, she has a passion for helping in the community and has a love of animals. Sue likes to travel, cruising being a favourite.
